Easy 30-Day Returns/Exchange
We have a 30 day return policy from date of delivery. (60 days for November and December purchases) There is a 15% restocking fee on all items being returned and not exchanged.
Option 1: Return item with a copy of your receipt and what you would like to exchange. Packaging fee applies.
Option 2: Place an order for the item you would like. Once this order is placed you can then return the item you did not want. Please include the new order number with the item you are returning to avoid restocking fees. Option 2 will get you your new item much faster.
If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our warehouse. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge - continental US) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with us. Drilling charges are not reimbursable.
Order Cancellation Refund Policy
All credit cards are debited at time of purchase for amount of purchase to ensure validity of credit card. Cancellation will incur a fifteen percent (15%) credit card fee deducted from your refund. An order is considered placed when you agree to purchase. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Return Policy Information must be followed.
Claims of a shortage, mis-shipment, or damaged goods must be received within 5 business days of receipt or the goods will be deemed delivered and accepted as of the invoice date.
Refusal Of Package
If you refuse a package without BowlersParadise.com's consent to do so, we reserve the right to charge you any fees that may incur by the shipping company.
Once a bowling ball is drilled, we cannot accept it as a return or an exchange.
If you have purchased bowling shoes and need to try them on for size, please do so on a clean/dry surface. If the shoes are not in New condition, we cannot accept them.
Please keep all original packaging until you are certain that you will not return or exchange the merchandise.
Products returned must be new, unused and in unmarked manufacturers packaging surrounded by a protective outer packaging. Your original order number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging. Please include why the product is being returned.
All items not meeting this criteria will be refused.
