The Perfect Fit Plan

Ordering a perfect-fitting pair of shoes online can be a real challenge! Bowling shoes may not fit the same as street shoes or sneakers. Different manufacturers and different materials mean different cutting styles and fits. Heels too loose? Toes too tight? Wouldn’t it be great if you could just send those shoes back at no cost and get the next size up or down?

Of course, you can always send unused shoes back, but the cost of shipping can really add up! A second trip back and forth the country can easily cost you $30-$40 before your feet are finally snug.

That’s why we offer the Perfect Fit Plan. When you purchase the plan together with your shoes, you are guaranteed the perfect fit without paying any additional shipping charges. We will issue you a shipping label to send your shoes back and have the correct ones delivered to you free of charge using FedEx Ground Service (continental US residents only).

Exchange Policy: Shoes must be returned in new condition with no visible wear. Shoes must be returned with original packaging protected by an outer box. Claims must be within 10 days of delivery. This offer is only applicable for 1 exchange. Issuing a shipping label does not mean the package will be picked up from your home/office. You will need to drop the package off at your local FedEx shipping location.

Drilling Insurance (optional) $9.95

We will replace your bowling ball free of charge if it cracks during drilling by a pro shop. Ball drillers are not held liable and manufacturers don't typically cover cracking during drilling.

Insurance Details:
  • Ball must be drilled within 10 days of delivery.
  • Drilling Insurance must be purchased at the same time the ball is purchased.
  • Drilling Insurance is only available to residents living in the Contiguous U.S.
  • Ball must be returned to our location for inspection along with a receipt for proof of drilling (we pay freight back to you).
  • If ball is being drilled by us, drilling insurance is NOT required.

Xeno - Great bang for your buck!! Review by Chris
Specs: Left Handed, 15 mph, ~400 rev rate, drilled my Xeno 45*x4.5"x40* (PAP is 4 1/2" over, 1/2" up). This puts the pin above the bridge for me. I chose this drilling because I had already drilled my Jackpot pin down, and with numbers similar to the Primo, I decided to move the pin up Xeno and maintain the box cover prep.

This resin cover compliments the rest of the equipment in my arsenal, which has allowed me to keep my angles a bit more closed and use the pin up combined with the cover to get the ball through the fronts. The core has retained much of its mass, since I drilled this pin up, which gets the ball through the pins very well. The centers I bowl in have all converted to Twisters, so that has been a learning experience by itself, and this layout has given me a great compliment in my arsenal so I have a variety of options of ways to get the ball to go through the pins!

For comparison purposes, I have the flexibility to use this ball when my Jackpot is revving up too soon (I have put a bit of surface on my Jackpot, and pin down drilling) and not going through the pins correctly, or I can use this ball (and stay in a similar zone) if my Ridiculous Pearl is not going through the pins correctly. At Radical, it is all about building arsenals and filling gaps, and the Xeno does just that. Not all balls will carry 100% of the time due to the countless variables in our sport. The Xeno is a great ball to have if you need a ball to read the lane a tad earlier, so that you can add variety to the path your shots are traveling through the pin deck.

Out of this world Review by willow300
Here is the newest addition to the reliable line, the Xeno. This ball uses the same core has the Solid Reax Version 2 but with a much stronger and smoother coverstock.

I drilled it pin down with a 70x4x75. On the lane I play the Xeno about the same area of the Guru Limited but the motion on the lane is much more controllable. The ball begins to hook really soon. This is not the type of ball that you move in and open up the lane. You won’t be able to recover from too far right. The best use I get for this ball is a long and flatter patern when I need to get some hook and I need to control my backend.

What surprised me the most with this ball is the amount of hook and the performance you get for a mid performance ball.

To conclude, if you want to have a ton of hook and performance but don’t want to pay the big bucks, this is your ball of choice. (Posted on 9/26/2016)
High performance at a lower price Review by PeeDee02
The Radical Xeno is to me, the most interesting ball of the start of the season in the Radical family. If you go back 3 years ago, you can find the same core in our high end ball of the time, the Reax version 2. Now, you can find that same core, with a brand new coverstock technology in a mid-price ball. So you have a high end performance for an upper-mid price point. With that amount of potential hook, I want a smooth reacting ball with a lot of continuation so I went with 45x5x75 layout. First impression: WOW! That core has now a cover to fulfill all is potential. The reaction is awesome, very steady and a lot of teeth on oily lanes. That ball will be perfect for medium to oily lanes. For my part, I’m looking to use it on sports conditions, mostly medium pattern and maybe on long pattern. So, you want high end type reaction without paying the high end price, the Xeno is the ball you want! (Posted on 9/14/2016)
Radical Xeno Review by pbaway
Radical Xeno
Just drilled up this ball. I put a 35 X 3 3/4 X 25 layout in it. My ball speed is 16.5 mph. Rev rate around 275 rpms. This ball is Great!
I have used it in two different house shots in two different centers. Works great it reads the mids and has a larger arc shape. I also have used it on a medium sport pattern. The sport pattern required just a little bit more surface. Around 1500 grit. And worked very well. So if your looking for a new ball to start the new fall season. Radical Bowling Technologies has it. It called the Xeno.

Affordable All Purpose Asymmetric Review by bannachb
Leave it to Radical to introduce a top performing asymmetrical ball, in a lower price tier.

When I first heard about the Xeno, I was extremely excited. The Reax Version 2 was a favorite ball for a LOT of people, and the Xeno uses the exact same core, combined with a slightly stronger but still smooth cover.

I drilled my Xeno with a benchmark layout for myself of 55x4x55 which gives me a early control motion that I like to see on flatter patterns.

I am going to have a hard time getting the Xeno out of my hands on flatter sport patterns. The Xeno reads the lane so smoothly and controllably. I know exactly what it is going to do every time I throw it down the lane. It is strong, yet doesn’t overreact off the friction, but it is also clean but doesn’t squirt in the puddle. This will be a get out of jail free ball for me on most patterns.

This is NOT your hockey stick type ball motion, it is an earlier yet smooth ball motion that allows you to control the lane.

This ball will end up in most tournament bags for a lot of bowlers. It is also a great option for the league bowler that is looking to improve their scores by trying out an asymmetric ball for the first time, but don’t want to pay the high end prices usually associated to an asymmetric ball.

Open up the lanes Review by RoryH
Drilling 65* x 4.75” x 40*

This ball utilizes the V2 core, with an enhanced coverstock. I loved my V2 Solid, and mirrored a drilling from my V2 onto the Xeno. This ball is impressive. It still maintains that clean feel through the front part of the lane, like the V2, but the main difference I found with this was its motion on the back of the lane. This ball read the back-end and continued excellently through the pins. This was true at two different centers on two different patterns. I found this ball to be a 5 and 3 stronger than my V2 Solid, with the same drilling. I have a P2.5 balance hole, as I wanted to maintain the reaction I saw when I first threw it. This is an excellent ball to get in and open up a higher volume pattern without the fear of the ball not coming back
